Jeuveau Treatments
Jeuveau is an injectable treatment that is used to temporarily improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly in the forehead and around the eyes. It contains botulinum toxin type A, similar to Botox, and works by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that cause muscles to contract, relaxing the muscles in the treated area. This results in a smoother appearance of the skin.
Common uses for Jeuveau treatments:
Forehead lines
Crow’s feet (lines around the eyes)
Frown lines (between the eyebrows)
How it works:
Consultation: A trained medical professional assesses the areas you'd like treated.
Injection: Using a very fine needle, the Jeuveau solution is injected into the targeted muscles.
Results: You'll typically start to see results within a few days, with full results visible within a week.
Duration: The effects usually last for about 3 to 4 months, after which a follow-up treatment may be needed to maintain results.
Benefits:
Quick procedure: It usually takes about 10–20 minutes.
Minimal downtime: There is little to no recovery time, though some bruising or swelling may occur at the injection sites.
Natural results: When administered properly, the results look subtle and natural.
Considerations:
Jeuveau treatments are not permanent and need to be repeated every few months.
It's important to have the procedure performed by a licensed and experienced professional to avoid unwanted side effects.
